Bad enough I can't find the beige ever...last week or so, couldn't find it at all...Finally got some today and as soon as I pulled the boxes out, I could tell...so much smaller and discovered just over 3 oz each...I would rather you raise prices than be deceiving as if your customers won't notice such a reduction.
Yes, I recommend this product!
I have purchased Safeguard bar soap for decades. But now a 3.2 oz size?Really P&G? A 20% reduction in size in one swoop! Bars were 4.0 oz.Size does matter, very much. You are always left with an unusable sliver after using it. Smaller size means the waste portion is now a much larger percentage of the bar, like starting with a bar that is already 1/3 used right out of the box.Inflation happens. P&G has to mimic what competitors are doing to address cost increases and the small percentage of shoppers who will pick a brand based on package price regardless of per unit cost. But how about this. Come out with a "new improved, super economy, Smart Shopper, Super Size bar"?I suggest a 6.0 ounce bar size."Reduces waste, saves the environment!"Add all the hype you want, but give us a larger size bar, Please. Hope this review gets P&G's attention, but am not too hopeful, as there are no responses to other reviews, where one would be appropriate.
Unless store shelf was empty, this is only soap I’ve purchased since 1980. I’ve bought white, prefer beige. Now, I can’t find it. Target stopped carrying it about 7 yrs ago. Last couple weeks Walmart soap shelves were bare. Today, they’re restocked, without beige. I will check Publix & Winn Dixie, then drug chains. May need help finding beige if those stores don’t carry it.
